The best part of my job is working with clients to help them find their dream job in aviation. It's so rewarding to see someone achieve their career goals, and I feel privileged to be a part of that process.

-What I do and how I got started with Frontline Source Group

I am an aviation executive recruiter with Frontline Source Group. I got started in the recruiting industry about 10 years ago. I worked in a corporate HR department for a large company and we used an outside staffing agency to fill some of our positions. I was intrigued by the process and enjoyed working with the agency recruiters, so I decided to make a career change and become a recruiter myself.

I've been with Frontline Source Group for just over 4 years now. We are a national staffing and direct hire firm specializing in light industrial, administrative, and professional positions. We have offices all over the country, but I work out of our Dallas headquarters.

I love what I do because it's fast-paced and ever-changing. No two days are ever the same and I get to meet new people all the time. It's also very gratifying to help people find jobs that they love and to match businesses with great employees who will help them grow and succeed.

If you're thinking about a career in recruiting, or if you're just curious about how we do what we do, I encourage you to check out our website or give us a call. We'd be happy to chat with you about your career goals and how we might be able to help you achieve them.

-What is a typical day like for me

A typical day for me starts with a cup of coffee and catching up on emails. I then start working on sourcing candidates for aviation clients. This involves using various online databases and tools to find qualified candidates. I also reach out to my network of contacts in the aviation industry to see if they know anyone who might be a good fit for the position. Once I have a pool of candidates, I start conducting phone screens to get a better sense of their experience and qualifications. After that, I present the best candidates to the client and work with them through the rest of the hiring process.

-Top 3 things I love about the aviation industry

There are a few things that I love about the aviation industry. First, it is an industry with a long, rich history dating back to the early days of powered flight. Second, the people in the aviation industry are passionate about what they do and take great pride in their work. Finally, the aviation industry offers a great deal of opportunity for career growth and advancement.

I have always been interested in aviation and aircraft. As a child, I can remember going to the airport with my family to watch the planes take off and land. I was fascinated by the size and power of these machines and the skilled pilots who flew them. My interest in aviation only grew as I got older and eventually led me to pursue a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Northwood University.

After graduation, I began my career working for an aerospace engineering firm. While I enjoyed my work, I quickly realized that my true passion was in helping people achieve their career goals within the aviation industry. This led me to become an Aviation Executive Recruiter with Frontline Source Group. In this role, I have had the privilege of working with some of the most talented pilots, mechanics, and other aviation professionals in the country. It has been an incredibly rewarding experience helping others achieve their dream careers within this dynamic industry.

The aviation industry is constantly changing and evolving. New technologies are being developed all the time which makes it an exciting place to work. There are always new challenges to be faced and new opportunities
