A polishing wheel made of muslin or poplin. Mirror finish. Durable and economical than dot flannel. If your mirror finish request is low, use this step. A white buffing compound is recommended.
Buffing Wheel in White (Dome Flannel):
White ventilated buffing wheels are covered in a soft dome of flannel. Untreated, they're ultra-plush. White dome fabric buffs are great for final polishing when you want a mirror finish. Domet flannel is original bleach beige. A white buffing compound is recommended.
Ventilated Wheel Tips:
Lightly push and let the compound work. Increasing pressure won't improve the shine or speed up the process. Start buffing at the top and move down using a smooth side-to-side motion. Make overlapping sweeps to cover the surface evenly.
Polishing chemicals may shine and smooth paint and remove small scratches. Polishing won't eliminate deep scratches or flaws but will reduce dullness. Polishing chemicals are like rubbing compounds but finer. Abrasivos Polishing compound from rubbing compound versus polish makes paint shine. After rubbing the paint, polishing chemicals are employed. Polishing compound can't protect paint alone. It can't shine a car's paint for long. For long-lasting shine, you may need to apply paint protectant.
